Android market is not working is Down now on IE

Since Morning I am trying to open Android market  and getting a 404- Time out error. I have download some apps now, waiting when I can download some Android Apps.

HTTP 403 Forbidden

I am using Internet Explorer 7.0 and not sure if Androids market is really down or not working on IE only.

I donot have other browesers now, If any one is facing the same issue in IE or other browsers please share.

Hope Android Market is not Down Permanently.
